2401Smokes.com is devoted to drawing attention to illegal smoking at The Philadelphian Condominiums, 2401 Pennsylvania Ave, Philadelphia Pa, 19130. The building went non-smoking in 2015 (even within apartments).
Prospective owners may think they are buying into a smoke-free high-rise. However, The Philadelphian Owners Association Board of Directors and Management have failed to adequately respond to illegal smoking, a problem they themselves have described as a “fire risk”.
Having lived through a frightening, fatal high-rise fire on 12/11/23, I want the POA Board and Management to take the matter of illegal smoking more seriously than they have.
